Jeannie invites participants to drop into their felt experience of the moment and let the body land on the earth. She talks about the paradox of humanness, a wedding of presence and sensation, of the angelic and the creature, and shares wisdom from her experience of awakening, of having a body and of being a mother.

Exchange 1: Participant wants Jeannie to talk about aloneness versus loneliness.
Exchange 2: Participant is exploring insecurity and judgment and wants Jeannie's take on it.
Exchange 3: Participant is curious about making things right with someone after doing something hurtful.
Exchange 4: Participant asks for more information about something Jeannie said in the prior exchange about stopping a friend when they are talking.
Exchange 5: Participant talks about the shift in her mothering as her sons have become adults, seeing that she's not able to care for herself as she's been able to care for her sons.
