In spirituality we can develop habits of bypassing our limitations, banking on awakening to redeem us. We can either focus on the light and ignore the earthly, or we can be bogged down in the earthly, lost to how to infuse the every day with light. Jeannie explores the paradox and crucifixion of being human, and practical steps to make the best of the human predicament.
Jeannie’s teaching weds the esoteric with the mundane, with a down-to-earth approach to navigating life as presence with the challenges of living that every day. Her unique take on what it means to be human gives an orientation to the spiritual path that leaves nothing out, and assists us to reckon with our limitations while opening to embodying the love that we are.

Week 3: Mercy - an exploration of a needed and often missing ingredient in spiritual work
This course will include meditation, guided meditation, talks, Q&A with Jeannie and optional breakout room dyad exercises. Optional homework exercises will be offered should you want to take your exploration beyond the class into everyday life.
