Introduction to the Holy Work: The Essentials of Embodiment

Free Online Class | Wednesday, February 12, 2025 | 10am - 12pm MST

Your essence–that radiant aliveness that you are–is already present and complete. But how do we allow this truth to permeate our everyday human experience? In this free class, Jeannie shares the fundamental principles of embodied awakening, showing how presence can become our natural ground of being rather than an occasional experience. You'll learn the aspects of the Holy Work–a powerful method for meeting your experience one moment at a time. We'll explore how to drop out of the conceptual mind and rest into presence and the felt experience of the body, where all that calls us away from being fully present in the moment can be met.

You'll learn practical ways to partner with your body's natural intelligence to meet what arises with curiosity and care, and to begin untangling the conditioned patterns that keep you from living fully. This isn't about adding more spiritual concepts–it's about discovering how to let your natural radiance shine through every aspect of your humanness. This session is for anyone ready to move beyond seeking and into the direct experience of being.

This 2-hour class offers a first taste of the Holy Work Challenge (March 3 - April 3), Jeannie's month-long course that provides a foundational approach for embodied living. Through weekly live sessions with Jeannie, the support of a committed group, optional small groups and personalized support for developing a daily practice, the Holy Work Challenge helps you develop the skills to live from presence in each moment, rather than from outdated conditioning.
