Post Awakening Weirdness [Self-guided]
Join Jeannie as she shares some common post-awakening issues that can rise as we acclimate to the "new normal."
Is this normal?
Navigating post-awakening fall-out
Jeannie invites participants to sink into being and ground. She talks about her experience of life challenges after awakening. Topics include the falling away of the old life, meeting remaining ego and conditioning, navigating old habits and work/social structures that no longer serve and the challenge of participating in any way that is not aligned with holy will.
Exchanges
Exchange 1: Participant seeks Jeannie's support in meeting a sense of being cornered by physical limitations, and the grief and stress arising from it.
Exchange 2: Mother seeks to stay rooted in being in her relationship with her son, to support son while saying no, and how to express boundaries in a good way.
Exchange 3: Therapist explores with Jeannie relating from zero in their practice, how to maintain sovereignty and watching the pulls to "help" their clients.
Exchange 4: Participant needs support to tell the difference between grace unfolding and things just needing to be met versus something in the body that needs intervention and care. Also how to tell when one is in the grip of shame versus simply a young aspect that needs holding.
Exchange 5: Participant asks about orienting when they feel floaty, and about how to relate to those who are living from thought and conditioning and explores getting used to the "new normal" and lingering difficulties.
