The Holy Work: A Doorway to Embodied Presence

Free Online Class | Friday, May 16, 2025 | 10am - 12pm MDT

What if living from presence was within reach? What if you could live rooted in the simplicity of your being?

Your essence—the radiant aliveness at the core of your being—is already here and waiting to be lived.

The question is: how do you live from that place when life gets hard? When old patterns arise? When your heart is aching, or your mind won’t stop?

In this free 2-hour class, Jeannie Zandi shares the foundational principles of The Holy Work—her simple yet powerful practice of felt inquiry that supports living from presence. Rather than adding new spiritual concepts for your mind, the Holy Work invites you experientially to come home to breath, ground, and your direct experience in each moment.

In this class, you’ll explore:

  • What it means to live from essence

  • How to partner with your body’s intelligence instead of overriding it

  • How to meet emotional intensity with mercy, curiosity, and ground

  • How presence can become your natural home

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about meeting yourself—as you are—with tenderness and mercy. It’s about discovering how your true nature can shine through every aspect of your humanity.

This free class is open to everyone. Whether you’re new to Jeannie’s work or have been a student for a while, you’ll come away with practical ways to meet your experience in the moment, and a deeper taste of what it means to live from Being.

This class also offers a first taste of Jeannie’s 30-day course, The Holy Work Challenge: Foundations for Embodied Living (July 14 – August 14), which provides a daily structure and deep support for living from presence instead of conditioning. Learn more here!
