Join Jeannie and friends for a 5 week voyage into the dark and fertile waters of yin. Learn how to recognize the calls to yin in your own psyche, and how to heed those calls in order to reclaim the power of softening, sinking, and resting in being.
This course will include meditation, guided meditation, talks, Q&A with Jeannie and optional breakout room dyad exercises. Optional homework exercises will be offered should you want to take your exploration beyond the class into everyday life.
